WOULD YOU LIKE TO RUN YOUR OWN B&B

And make £2,000 or more per room per month !

Hi there, my name's Sid Duncan. In 1999, my wife Marilyn and I set out to follow a dream. A dream we had painted on our bedroom wall at our house in Surrey as a constant reminder of what we wanted our lifestyle to be.  It was a picture of sun, sea and sand, and palm trees. The view we wanted from our dream house. Our dream was to find a waterfront home where we could both see and hear the sea from our house - somewhere in the West Country.  We eventually found our perfect property in the far west of Cornwall.

There are many things we wish we had known at the start.

However, after a few faltering steps, and a fair bit of trial and error, we found the magic formula, and the B&B quickly proved to be hugely successful.

Following our dream has been so rewarding in so many ways: personal fulfillment, socially, financially, physically, and we have not regretted it for an instant!

The freedom to be your own boss? The freedom to choose when you will work - all year, normal season, or just peak season?

It is a way of fulfilling your dreams. Now you can live where you really want to be and work from home!  Effectively your home is your business. The difference is that you can now live in your dream location and have others pay you for it!

How would you like to work for 6 or 8 months and have the rest of the year off?

Even when you are ‘working' you can have every afternoon off, and only have to ‘work' for an hour in the late afternoon or evening, to greet your guests. Does that sound like too much work, or too much of a tie to you?

Dozens of tips and nuggets of information from first-hand experience.  On each page you will find tips, sound advice, techniques, examples, real-life stories, and answers to questions you may not even know needed to be asked.

All this is to help you become really focused, and understand the blueprint - your own personal blueprint - of how you will start up a B&B, and make it successful.

This book will show you quick ways to get started and how to consistently make £2000 or more per room per month.

That's £16,000 or more per room for an average season, say working 8 months a year. It becomes a cash machine!

Work it out for 3, 4, 5 or more rooms, and see how the figures stack up!

Except that we think the guidance, hints and tips contained herein will help you get there a lot faster! There are some pitfalls - some obvious, and some not so obvious. This book will help to identify the pitfalls and show you how to avoid them.

Because a B&B is a means of providing anything from a part-time side income to a fully-fledged full time business, there is tremendous scope to make it what you want it to be.
